Vladi Ampov's Grafa, which bears the challenging title "Sin", sounds deep, beautiful and impactful. The truth is that, as the performer and author sings in it, "there is no sin in silence", but only a virtuoso interpretation of a piece of music, leaving the listener with a feeling that cannot be described in words.
"When I compose I imagine pictures, worlds, images... - says Graf - I wanted "Sin" to be entirely with live instruments. So I went to a big studio to record the piano and playing the song I felt a spiritual delight and satisfaction. I also made the arrangement for the string orchestra with more depth and dynamics in the melodic lines. The words are by my father Kiril Ampov. For me, this is one of his most wonderful lyrics!... The power of music changes us beyond recognition and makes us unearthly beautiful inside!"
The visual realization of "Sin" was created by director Georgi Markov. The video is stylish, beautiful and made in such a way that the music is in the foreground to fill the senses with delight from the perception of the sensual and lyrical song, orchestrated by Rumen Boyadzhiev-son. In the footage, apart from Graf and the string quartet, we see Ventsy Trifonov recording the clarinet part, adding to the magical sound.
Recognition for "Sin" came instantly from Serbian music radio and TV channel Muzzik, where they spotted the song and shot it to air, accompanied by a detailed article about "Sin" and Vladi Ampov - Graf on his official page.
Just a few months ago, another Graf hit, "Moments," took on a new life in the Czech Republic, performed by two of the most popular artists there (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hL9rVysYvns&t=1s).
Over the past few months Vladi Ampov has performed in dozens of cities across the country. In the autumn season, the singer's program is filled with club performances, and the first to see him will be the fans from Veliko Tarnovo (October 14, Play), in Varna the concert will be on November 4 in Brick Port, the people of Sofia will have the opportunity for a musical meeting with Graf in the popular club Carrusel on November 17.
