A storm of emotions and applause erupted in the packed Sila Hall in Plovdiv during the first of a series of acoustic concerts by Vladi Ampov - Graf this Sunday (June 12). Forecasts of dangerous weather and heavy rainfall changed the original plans of the organizers and the audience to hold the event a day earlier in the Antique Theatre. Grafa and his team have been working on the concept of the music programme for more than a few months and did not compromise on moving it indoors. The modern Sila Hall became a cozy home for Grafa's beautiful music. A stylish stage impressed the fans even before the appearance of their favourite star.
Vladi Ampov opened the concert alone with his acoustic guitar and performed the current hit "Tomorrow Again". The harmony of masterful vocal performance and beautiful guitar sound made the audience go quiet and that was just the beginning. For the first four performances, Graf alternated between guitar and piano as he performed iconic lyrical songs from his extensive repertoire. The magic had begun to work when one by one his brilliant musicians appeared on stage - Borislav Boyadzhiev - Borche, Alexander Obretenov, Miroslav Ivanov and Ventsy Trifonov.
Minutes after the start of the concert, the entire audience in Sila Hall was already on its feet and remained so for almost two hours. Emotions were building along with acoustic renditions of "You Shine", "Fire", "The Happiest Man", "Chimera", "Yes", beautiful interpretations of the beloved but somewhat forgotten "You've Got It", "It's You", "Sun in Your Eyes", the obligatory "Together", "Drama Queen", "If There's a Heaven", "Smoke Be Gone" and "Moments". Throughout, Vladi Ampov served up musical surprises, each one more beautiful and impactful. Even his biggest fans, who do not miss his concerts, commented on social networks the strong emotion that the new acoustic program evokes.
The feedback after the first concert "Tomorrow Again" has already directed fans to the ticket offices in Burgas, Varna and Ruse, where Grafa will sing on June 16, July 15 and September 16, respectively. The Monte Music music company chose the favorite location "Kabana Cinema" for the presentation of the new program in Sofia, the date is July 20, and the event is already on sale.
